Panlaitan Island can be found in Palawan.
Dropping roofing and construction materials for the communities of Panlaitan Island west of Busuanga. This fishing village is slowly rebuilding their homes, schools and public use buildings. The famous ancient Banyan Tree that stood in the center of the village has been uprooted but still alive. Superstitious story amongst the villagers say even the tree spirits don't want to leave the island after the total destruction.
